My long descriptive post here disappeared. No time to reconstruct entirely. Live in SE Portage County on edge of where Green Bay Glacial Lobe and Ancient Lake Wisconsin sere. Finding lots of things from Naigra EScarpment, ie fossils and agates. Also volcanic material from Miladore range. 5 acre corn field that was recently worked to go through. Also creek bed on other side of esker. Mostly easy access to all. Have cabin with wood stove and outside grill on edge of creek. 4WD vehicle access near all. Also 4WD vehicle access to groomed ATV/horse trails leading to an 1800's 2-3' rock fence on the edge of my 40 acres.
If this post was removed for being inappropriate accept my apology for posting again.

I might take you up on on this some time. My parents have a cottage near Waupaca, and we get up there from time to time in the warmer months. Would be fun to bring the kids out to explore your area.

Sounds good. I am about 15 from there. The best hunting time in the fields is before or after field corn season, so July-September are not good. Corn is extra thick this year and busy, so crummy picking now.

We should be able to work around that schedule. We get up that way by May or so, and our last trip is typically in October. We'll be there this weekend and Labor day weekend.
