Getting lumpy sounds good. Spray paint is approximately 1mil thick. So 750 coats will get you the 3/4" you seek 750 coats...That's a lot of coats. I wonder how long that will take?

One coat of powder paint can be made to be thicker than a thou And as soon as it cools you can add another coat. If you dip it in The powder paint before it cools it easier. With powder paint you could build up .500 in a day, with no troubles. If you put a layer on too thick, air bubbles accumulate under the top surface. Powder paint is easy to get and is very hard, maybe too brittle. Don't know.

Not much has happened since my last update. I am drying and baking the spraypaint outside in the Sun, but we have been in a rainy stormy period and there has not been enough drying time to attempt to add another coat. We have had chances of rain at 60-80% in the last week, next week looks like 20-30% everyday so I could possible get progress going again after today.
I'm trying to lay these coats of paint down as thick as I dare and still get good drying in the Sun.
