I had planned to cab all day, but it turns out that I actually have other stuff to do! LOL! Too bad, so sad. why can't life be all rocks? Large highly chatoyant seraphinte Crimson cuprite- looks much nicer in person with an almost strawberry color with orangy red spots. Took a decent polish, too. Yummy agua nueva with druzy. There's some dust that looks like scratches- no scratches. This is so pretty in person. Now, I need to get some non rock stuff done. Anyone want to volunteer to do laundry for 5? LOL!! Me either.

I loooove the Seraphinite. Very remarkable deep colors and striking pattern. I am quite partial to putting red and orange together also, so it's a tie with the Cuprite. My southern belle, late aunt Kat would just kill me if she knew I did that. Don't think she'd argue about etiquette if she could see that piece now. All very beautiful!!

Yes, that seraphinite is super awesome. In person, it has amazing chatoyancy going from dark green to silver over most of it. Yes, orange and red are the bane of the coordinated existence,, but in Crimson Cuprite it really works! Even your Aunt would have to agree. (But, not on Sundays with a big hat.)

Your skill in finding the "perfect" spot in your stone is amazing. My fav? The first three...

That seraphinte is seraphic. I've always had a thing for chatoyant stones.

WOW, adore that Seraphinite. Love the colour as well as the chattoyancy. The Crimson Cuprite stands out to me, less for its colour, but the way you choose to do the edge to the table, creating those clearly formed corners, instead of the usual rounding.

I can't take credit for it. Biker Randy uses this shape a lot. I rather like it myself.

Greag cabbs, that liking that last one, now off to your laundry and no posting till your done. I enlisted the help of the teenagers in the house to do the dryer bits. I won't let anyone in the house use the washer. It's been messed up too many times by people that can't figure out how to use it properly. I have shown them, but it does no good, so it's hands off now.

Guess I'm out of step with the majority here but that Agua Nueva is killer. All nice as usual, with top quality stones for each type. But you really nailed the A.N. pattern and shape. It's by far my favorite.
