A couple of years ago I got a bag of polish. Last night I used it for the first time. I opened the bowl an hour later and this is what I saw. I don't think it polish, it looks like soap. This morning I rubbed a little between my fingers and it dried quickly and had a powdery feel to it. Any ideas what it could be? Andrea

orrum I don't think so. I drained the rocks in a strainer after rinsing them several times. The only water was the little bit left on the rocks. Andrea

Maybe a polish mix with powdered Ivory Soap. Looks like a bunch of ceramics with a few rocks. What type of Vibe is that? UV-10? I was thinking it might be soap and polish but I've never seen it being sold like that. I got it as part of a Christmas present a couple of years ago, the store where it was purchased is closed so I can't call to ask. As as for the vibe, it's an ultra vibe 10mb. It's a mini bowl which holds around four lbs. Andrea

I have a container marked "polish" that I picked up from an estate sale, It doesn't polish but does set reasonably hard, I suspect it could be investment powder for casting or maybe just plain old Plaster of Paris. Same sale had lots of large jars full of unmarked grits, they work OK on the have a guess and give it a go principle.

I bought a huge tub of bags of powders. The one in particular "Polish" was difficult to identify.
After a few months of hemming and hawing and various tests the label fell off.
The original label underneath said "Peruvian". Turns out is was a pound of some really primo blow! Woot!
kIDDING!
