Not sure if it is quartz. A little hard to tell in the photo, but how many sides do those crystals have?

Apophyllite (Spelling might be wrong)or celestite. If it's a pale blue color, heavy, and quite soft (lots of dings), it's probably celestite. Gemmy clear pointy things that look like ice, with possibly some completely flat planes, as though the tops were chopped off with a sharp object, apophyllite. (That's the way it cleaves.)
