Found this in South Dakota national grasslands about 9 or 10 years ago. Nice blue with other stones in it as well. Thought it was an unusual find for the area. Wonder how it came to be there. Front Back

Dunno what it is, but like the surface texture. not sure what it is but the surface texture is typical of SD stones.
