Looks kinda like some of the granite we have around here. Maybe with a big quartz seam running through it?

Unakite is a type of granite, so very possible. Appears to have some mineral staining as well. Looks kind of opaque to be quartz, but hard to tell.

Look more like quartz than anything to me. Soft and more grainy than normal.
