I got backlogged with a few batches that I haven't been able to photograph, so instead of a really long thread, I'm trying something a little different. This is part 1, of a 3 part series, San Jacinto Agates. San Jacinto Petrified Wood & The "Others" will be the other threads. All of these are self collected in the Gravel Beds of the San Jacinto River, just north of Houston. All of the tumbles are run in 30 SIC, until ready for the Lot-O. In the Lot-O, they run 2 days in 120/220 SIC, 2 days in 600 SIC, 2 days in Pre-polish, 2 days in Micro-alumina polish, and burnished for a couple hours in Borax. Borax is mixed in each batch after the 1st stage. Thanks for looking! 1. 2.

Those are awesome, especially 1, 5, and 18. I love the moss. Love the shine too. Thanks, Rob! Kind of impartial to the moss agates, as well. It's a bonus when they're mostly solid!

Nice Jeremy, Are those about 2 inch sized, river rounded finds? When the river goes down you need to save time to reload your buckets..
