Just got this today, can't wait to take it hounding next year. Has massive clearance compared to most rigs which is important and you have to give it a little more gas to get going which is good on the hills i go on.

You will like the fuel injection Polaris uses. I had one in CO it had no idea we were at 11000 feet, just kept on going.

Nice rig! What part of Alaska are you in? Located in between palmer and wasilla aka the valley. This thing is fairly light for its size compared to other wheelers, far more clearence, i don't need to worry about tipping as much as some others ive been on due to independent suspension, plenty of powe to haul rocks up the mountian. Still have a couple things i want to do, put on new tires i got for a steal of a deal and possibly add a snorkel as i may need it for some river crossings to be on the safe side as i hate having to give lost of gas so i don't stall in other rigs. Possibly add some aluminum diamond plate for guards.

I hope it's not carbureted. There were some other guys with carbureted 400s there, they spent a lot of resources running to and from Gunnison for different jets etc.
By the looks of things, you will do some riding where there is no turning back for some distance. I rode up some steep trails, no turn around, no stopping, onwards and upwards were the only options.

Ran it today love it a bit
