Nice batch, Mike! That last Rio is off the charts. Those are always a crowd pleaser. Love your variety.
On a side note, I think there is someone else on here with the name 'itumble4u'. To tag me, you've got to spell out 'you' at the end. Oh how I wish it was possible to change that username.

Star studded Rios. In full production lately. You grinding those in the vintage slant ? If so it gets the shaping done.

Went through a lot of blades until I started using lots of water with the hose. Haven’t used the slant in a while, need a new wheel.

Yea the grinding before is everything. once you get that it makes tumbling better. i pre grind here and there. When I do a clean out on several barrels. I gather all the pre grinds and put them in one barrel for an early gift.

Mike MrMike , when you cut the rios on your tile saw, did you just roll them? I've got stuff from mel Sabre52 and Jeremy txrockhunter, but I haven't been brave enough to cut them yet. I've been told to cut them like a biscuit, but I haven't taken the plunge yet. Thanks and regards. Dave

Make sure you use a continuous rim blade not a segmented one, those will cut the crapola out of your fingers. Speaking from experience. Good luck.
