It so unfortunate that a woman had to die before laws needed to be changed. Someone for sure lacked common sense. I am a HUGE animal lover and have worked with many dogs with behavioral issues. There are just some that no matter what, are not good candidates to be adopted out EVER! Its not just limited to dogs either, any animal has the potential to do harm. There have been cats that I would not even adopt out and some horses that I have worked with that are a tragedy waiting to happen. A good facility knows this and would never put those animals out for adoption.
Good for your daughter to fight these issues (she is beautiful) and That's is for sure a PROUD momma moment!!

The first news link doesn't work for me - watched the second one though. It's a shame that it had to come to this but good for her for taking a stand and telling the truth.
