I've been lazy lately, haven't been running Lot O batches like I could. Finally put a batch through and got some photos. Don't know why I waited until Winter is setting in to get started on my backlog. Here are some favorites.

#2 and #10 for the win! Great batch. How's the obsidian barrel coming along?

#2 and #10 for the win! Great batch. How's the obsidian barrel coming along? Thanks, Dave. #10/11 is one I've been watching for months. Might be my favorite so far. A lot going on in that one. I've got some obsidian in the Lot O right now. Have probably two more batches of it to run through the vibe when this one's done. I haven't been doing anything but grinding away in course stage for a long time.

WOW WOW WOW! I cant even say which are my favs-#12 top left & #17 (all of them)(Mexican lace?) really stand out Thanks! I had some crazy lace and rosetta lace in this batch, but the one on the left in #17 is sci-fi jasper. The one you like in #12 came from the slab below. Can't recall what it is, but I'd take a bunch more. Maybe someone will chime in with an ID.

That slab has a ton going on in it-just incredible colors. I would also like to know what it is.

Whats not to like about this batch. Too hard to pick favorites this time. Normally the bots would top my list but they have stiff competition here.

I try to stay away form the tumbling section. All the goodies I see make me want to tumble! Plus, I LOVE your images! What do you use for a background, acrylic, paper... ?

My white background is some kind of art board. I scored the back side, bent it and made it tri-fold. That way I can fold the back side up and bounce light back onto the subject. I did a thread somewhere on the backgrounds I use. I'll look for it, it's actually within another tumbling thread. Here's a pic of it.

Spectacular as usual. Agree that #10 is exceptional, but the others are insane too. Variety of some great rocks. No more time off's, you need to supply the fix.

6 and 8 are my favs, but I am partial to black agates. As usual amazing shine and eye for quality.
