#6 is larvakite from Noway also called Norwegian moonstone.
Great cabs and variety. That first one is amazing!

Thank You I thought I had remembered it being called a moonstone, but images I pulled up were totally different. They did not link to Larvakite at all.

Many Wows! Beautiful. The gray driftwood really enhances the stones. A perfect display prop.

Thank You I thought I had remembered it being called a moonstone, but images I pulled up were totally different. They did not link to Larvakite at all. In the kitchen counter biz it's called "blue pearl" and scraps can be had for free....

Thank You I thought I had remembered it being called a moonstone, but images I pulled up were totally different. They did not link to Larvakite at all. I Think is because it’s an unofficial name, but if I google it on Danish ( Norsk månesten) the images that shows are larvikite. In Denmark we also use it for countertops but also uses it in buildings and for all kinds of garden statusses(sorry for my spelling)

Yes, we got a lot of these giant leadblocks with the ice from Norway and they also have a quary up there. Here are some of the small sculptures but we also have a harbor front made entirely of Larvikite. Of course I cant remember where but I'll see if I can find it. Sculptures
