Not a beer drinker, but when out for pizza, there is nothing better than a few slurps of cold beer with the pizza. 😋

trying to find a green bottle pic of this classic I drank rolling rock long before it became fashionable. It was from Arnie's home town. For me it was just another cheap Pennsylvania Beer, only better tasting. I would buy Stegmaier 16 ounce bottles ( 3.99/case) and save the returnables(thick glass) for my beer making friends!

For an everyday beer that drinks more like a soda- easy going- I like Michelob Extra Light. I like Miller lite, too, but I can't abide by Bud- although they do have a great theme park. For a great tasting treat I like Dos Equis and Maisel Weiss (a delicious Austrian beer) www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/585/2637/ and www.ratebeer.com/beer/maisel39s-weisse-original/4560/ I can only drink a few heavy beers, though. Very rich and filling. I also like a Black and Tan with Guinness. Beer and Stolli shots are my alcohol of choice, though not together.

I miss beer. BD (Before Diagnosis)I used to savor a variety of beers. I don't remember them all... Belgian Abbey Ales and Raspberry Lambic Ales, English Stouts, Foggy Bottom Ale, Not Quite No. 9, something from the War College (?), lovely VT brews... Microbrews, mini-microbrews... sigh. Not so much IPAs, or Bud. AD (After diagnosis of Celiac Disease), I gave away my beer collection. That was a sad day. Fortunately, Angry Orchard hard ciders are pretty good. The wife does reduced to almost gluten free for non celiac reasons. Because of that I look for the red tags that signify gluten free in the grocery and I noticed The New Belgium Glutiny Pale Ale. Haven't tried it and she prefers wine, but it may be worth a look. www.celiac.com/articles/24309/1/New-Belgiums-Glutiny-Ale-Shows-a-New-Way-to-Do-Gluten-free/Page1.html

Back when I was into trying different beers, I thought Pyramid's "Apricot Ale" was good for a fruity brew. Now days I have Henry Weinhard's "Blue Boar" Pale Ale. Not the best, but affordable. Cheers

I see some other folks think and drink like me. I really enjoy visiting any and all micro-breweries. I hate canned beer of any kind. Bottle will do, but only if I can't find a tap. No IPA's for me. Too hoppy and bitter tasting for me. Light, amber, scotch ales, and darks are all good! Some of my fav are: Moose Drool, Mountain Man, Kilt Lifter, and of course Guinness. I love the fact that the micro-breweries are going up faster than our taxes!

I'm a big dark beer fan. Would not waste my money on the big name beers in the USA. Bud, Miller,... Great Lakes makes a Christmas ale, packed with flavor of many types. It's only on tap or I have never seen it in bottles. The other one I liked, was again only on tap, maybe. It's called Bare Knuckle. I think from one of the big USA brewery's.

He had a real hard time finding a decent beer that was gluten free. He is a serious beer connoisseur. I'll have to tell him about this one.
