Hi everyone, So nice to meet you all! Just bought my first tumbler yesterday and am currently in the process of soaking my quartz crystals in some CLR to try and get those iron stains off. Doesn't seem to be working too well. Any suggestions?

are these specimen crystals or ones you are planing on tumbling if specimen I wouldn't worry about the staining that is natural and most collectors don't clean their specimens more than just removing loose material or dirt and such. If you are going to tumble them that will probably take care of the staining if not to deep.

Welcome!
A soak in Iron Out will get the stains out of the crystals if you really need to.

Soak them in IRONOUT. It’s granular. Good product.
Welcome!
