I think this is a very good product to consider if you work in metal and need to clean up or polish tight spots. I mention it only because they're available at a very low price right now, and I use them.
Stuller has a great deal closeout sale on G-Tac Slurry Coated Polishing Strips at over 60% off. I used one of these strips in my saw frame to polish an otherwise impossible to reach surface in my latest pendant. They work really well and come in different grits. One pack has 10 sheets with 12 strips per sheet, for 120 strips. You don't need an account with Stuller to purchase tools and related supplies.

I looked them up from your mention in the other thread and found an assortment from 360 grit to 4000 grit as well. Do you recommend them as sanding strips as well?

I think so, Rockoonz, as long as they aren't used for a heavy duty sanding job. My experience is limited to that one pendant aside from a little testing. I had been making my own strips by attaching packing tape to the back of sandpaper for strength, and then cutting the strips with a utility knife. My paper strips tended to dull quickly and still would break. The G-Tac strips are tough. I can snap one with my hands, but they wouldn't break in normal use unless really worn out. The G-Tac 400 grit strip that I used felt a little worn out to the touch when I was done. But it isn't. I just tried the same strip on a dull brass rod and it polished right up.
