Hi there, My wife and kids are having trouble keeping our pockets clean at the beach where we are delighted to find abundant and beautiful glacier rubble. This has led us to tumbling and this forum. The threads are very helpful and we'll be scouring them for all your insights. Thanks!

Welcome! Beach and stream cobbles are great for tumbling - many/most are already pre-tumbled with all the sharp edges and weak spots already ground off.

Welcome from Michigan. I do almost all of my rock hounding on beaches. Even if I don’t find much, it’s always nice to spend time on the beach.
