Hmmm.... interesting. Not sure it's a fossil, but it's pretty cool. fossilman is the fossil guy here. Maybe he knows.

What kind of rock is that? I’m not a fossil expert at all, but that looks like it could be a fossil or it could be something like banded chert. The Fossil Forum is a good place for identification.

Those new pictures are definitely fossils. I think I see crinoid stems (disks) in the last picture.

I think I see crinoid stems (disks) in the last picture. Yes. The other could be the ribs of a crinoid leaf portion.

The other possibility I can think of is a sea pen fossil.

Fossils may be three dimensions. So the angle may be of little concern.
