Judging by the matrix I'd guess it to be Utah variscite, possibly Clay Canyon. If you want to test it heat a tiny chip and see if it turns pinkish. It's hard to determine the scale even with the ruler due to the way your image displays on my screen but it looks like you'd need to trim saw the upper piece into small slab if you want to make cabs.

I haven't bought it yet, I had trouble with this seller not being able to properly identify what she was selling so I'm double checking before I buy. Is it worth 70$ plus shipping?

Lucin variscite. Can be had usually for around $25/lb. Some is softer and may need stabilizing.
