might be better in a few days . Started out just going to restock a store we sell in , then go get some of the best broasted chicken in the state , and off to spend a little while at the Big Lake . With as much snow as we have here , wasn't expecting to see a rock on the beach . Told my better half we won't be needing buckets , good thing we both had lots of big pockets . Really didn't bring much home for us . A few fossils , some Prehnite and a mini Laker . Mostly just a bunch of rounded rock for someone else . Will be going back to see what treasures all the ice on the beach holds .

I’m in Marquette right now, but I don’t think I’ll be collecting any rocks this trip. I’m ready to though!

Was going to ask ya to swing by Lindberg Quarry and grab me some rock . Nothing serious , a few hundred pounds or so . Hear there is only a couple feet of snow left up that way . Hope ya have your shovel .

That looks so cold! I am surprised by the amount of people picking over the rocks. Cold ? South wind and in the 50s , almost sweltering . Yeah , all rockers (including us) were all excited to see rocks showing again . Been a long winter .

Agree. Snow on ground, but temps in the 50's in WI, is a blessing.
