can anyone identify these somebody suggested the second one as serphinite but its not green as serphinite

I agree the second wouldn't be seraphinite. Looks more like a pseudomorph of a bladed mineral such as barite or ?
From the rind, I thought perhaps fossil formanifera (aka, "Feather Agate"), but the structure of the blades doesn't look right.
Have you done a scratch test on the first one? Brecciated something for sure, but cannot always go just on appearance.

found out number 2 to be nova scotia straw agate
