This is way early, I know, but I just made our reservations for the Pow-Wow this year. Last year we got skunked and couldn't find a room anywhere (I think it was September when I went to book), so this year is confirmed!
Hopefully, Tony catmandewe will be hosting the annual BBQ and we'll be able to hang out with y'all at the Idaho Rock Shop South Resort with it's 5-star dining.
Anybody else thinking about Q yet?
Dang! Dang! Dang!! I sure would like to attend. It's a 1290 mile trip from my house, 1284 of which is on I-10. Unfortunately I have two tentative trips to Deming, one in March and one in June. Both to help out a couple of friends. A third trip is pushing it. I have met two people from the Forum, toiv0 , and txrockhunter , two quality folks and I am sure that I would be able to add a bunch of names to the esteemed list. Can't help myself, sorry.

Must say I have never heard this song before. Doesn't sound like one they play on the Outlaw channel, ch 60 Sirius, or any of the sorry excuse for country stations we have here in Houston that play the god awful noise that passes for country music these days. I might just suprise you and show up!!!

Maybe some of the boondockers like Tommy , NRG , or orrum will jump in with advice. Our days of boondocking were short lived and over for now (we sold our trailer) but I will say that if someone is driving an RV or pulling a trailer there are places to be stayed in every direction. Our favorite place was always dome rock road on the right side of the freeway coming in from Blythe. You can stay close to the freeway or crawl back into the hills if you crave privacy and your rig can handle it. Last year I did an "event shirt" and we sold about fourteen of them (at near cost) in the RTH Store. Tag me in your responses to this and if interest seems reasonable I'll try to do another one. This was the 2019 event shirt.

I have never been. My wife wants to go this year. When is it? Can we still book a room somewhere? Where should we stay? Thanks The Best Western in Ehrenberg will boost its prices during Q.Β When we were last there, we stayed at the Super 8 in Blythe.Β It's about 25 minutes away from Q, but we were very satisfied with the rooms.Β If we will get to Q this year, we'll go back to the same place. ETA:Β BBQ dates have not been posted yet.Β catmandewe what will be the day of the BBQ? Either Erhenberg as Dave recommended or Blythe. Get your rooms now.

Thanks Which Desert Gardens is it? From Googling it looks like there is Two?Β Β The one in Quartzite. By your map it seems the other in closer to Tucson. Quartzite is far west Arizona. Regarding campsites. Most are dry although Desert Gardens itself does have hookups. drocknut is quite knowledgeable about various places to park your rig. I've been there a few times...LOL. Seriously if anyone wants information about Quartzsite boondocking just ask me.

TheRock you should make the trip at least once to experience it. It's loads of fun and there are more rocks than you can shake a stick at! If not now, when? BO want's to know if there are gonna be any other Puhee's out there for him to play with? He goes everywhere with us, as He is MaryJanes Service Dog, and is so well behaved and is a perfect Gentleman no matter where we are at Church, Restaurant, he just sits and lays down next to Momma and just looks around. He does not chase or bark at other animals he thinks he's a Human. We get compliments on him wherever we go. Ask Bo if he could teach my Gypsy a few things. She is not nearly as well behaved as Bo. She thinks she is a human but also has little dog syndrome.

I will be there selling at PowWow this year and probably going to come before that to get my fix of Desert Gardens. I don't really have a favorite camping area for boondocking but there are lots to choose from and I think I've camped in most of them. Remember there is a 14 day limit on BLM land for camping and that is enforced in some of the free camping areas. The paid areas are nice because of dump privileges and trash service but they do cost money to stay there plus they fill up when the RV show is in town which usually is during the PowWow unfortunately. Dome Rock is a nice area although it's more rocky ground than other free camping areas. If you want to avoid the crowds it's better to camp farther out of town.

Diane BO is a cream Puff he is nice is your doggy nice? Well Gypsy has her moments and is a blonde so forgets what you teach her sometimes or even forgets what she was doing when she gets distracted. No offense to any blondes on RTH but she actually is partly blonde so it's natural...LOL. Nice, hmmm, I wouldn't describe her as nice except when you have food for her...LOL.

HAZZAH all around! You are correct Very Lucky. I met her 37 Years ago July 5th at Pizza Hut. She was a Waitress and she told her friend who's table I set at that she was switching her tables. I sat there from 5pm till 2am. The next day her birthday I spent all day with her and watched 3 movies. The rest is history. She wasa Manager at Wal~Mart and was very Involved in the community, Did a Nationwide Wal~Mart Commercial and has won every Award Wal~Mart offers. We both are still Very Involved in our Community. She wrote alot of grants for fire and Police/Sheriffs dept over the years and we both know everyone in law enforcement. Being I worked 25 years for the Sheriffs Dept where I retired in 2014. Where has the years gone? I made a movie for her a few years ago for her surprise 50th B Day Party She had alot of people that were in the movie there.
