I'm new to the rock tumbling world. I tumble lots of agates and river rocks. Only problem I've run into is the stage 4 polishing always foams. It gets all the little rock divets filled with a white substance that cant be removed. Would love feedback.

Cut back on your amount of polish and try not to let the stuff dry when you take out the rocks. In a 4 lb barrel, I typically only used 3 level tablespoons (not packed firm). Instructions called for eight. When I first tried what the instructions recommended, it ended up being too thick and foamy. As soon as I cut back, things were fine. Oh, and that lesser amount will not diminish the gloss you can obtain.
