Well unpacked the tooling and made the first ring, it's a shame I don't have time to make more for a few weeks. Bought some silver commerative quarters and here is the result. I didn't have all my tools with me or a patina agent so silver it is. I thought I would include a commerative quarter with a sale.

I really like these rings. Lots of possibilities.
Could the same technique be used for cuff bracelets? I have some rather beat up silver dollars from the early 1900's, that have no value as old coins.
