Best Binghamite I've ever seen Bet that looks amazing in person. Almost looks like Rattlesnake/"Howardite" jasp-agate in the photo, so I just have to imagine the shimmer of binghamite along with that pretty pattern!

I'm going to have to agree with @rocks2dust. That sure looks like Howardite to me. Do you see any chatoyancy in it, MsAli?

I polished the end piece just so I could see what it looked like & spent a lot of time just moving it around:)

We need a video so we can see it, too.
I've never seen Binghamite with that pattern before. I've seen it mixed with silkstone (I think there's some of that going on in your piece), but it wasn't stripey and cool like that.
Can you tell if that's quartz on the bottom of the piece? I just find this one fascinating.

I'll try to get a video for you. Ive never seen it like this either. Luck of the cut for sure. It is quartz on the bottom, this piece has very little quartz in the top half. As I cut through it got less cool. Only the end cut and 2 slabs are this sweet. The other slabs are more quartzy. I have one more chunck in the bucket I am gonna put in the saw tonight. Hope I get as good if not better.
