Hey guys , I have been away from cabbing for some time. I have a question. How many of you cab with a flat lap?? Is it as good as using the wheels? Or is that a matter of taste, situation , intended use etc? Anyway have a great day guys...

a thought... your longer sticks are acting like a lever against the wax. as you are pressing against the wheel a bigger portion of the pressure is being applied to the cab from a greater distance away from the fulcrum as it were. the is causing a greater amount of leverage at the was joint. the increased force there is more easily cracking the wax. The greater drag of the wheel only exacerbates this issue. Shorten your sticks by about half and your problem should be solved.
