Thanks again. I would like to again be vague and let it be a surprise. I don't care how many how big. If someone had something they enjoy to tumble I'd be happy to try it. I don't need to give details of what I want or like if I'm just looking to try what other people like. Thanks again for being so welcoming like the rest

Well obviously it doesn't matter. I'm looking for what other people find interesting to tumble. Maybe their favorite rocks. It really doesn't matter since I'm new I'd like to try what other people like then decide what I like from their. Thanks.

Man Capt bob you sure are a pleasant person around these forums. Sorry for being an idiot newbie but you also don't have to comment or go through my threads if you don't want. I would like to thank everyone else that has helped this newbie out getting started in this. Yes I do have another thread that went off topic then if you look someone recommended this newbie make a new thread asking if anyone had extra stone. Thanks for your input but I'm not fishing I'm just looking for help. Please don't comment if you're only trying to push someone out of the new hobby.

I couldn't tell you for sure everything we did but my favorite part was roaming around a farm discovering old caves where they built boats to send down the stream. Pretty fascinating since the US doesn't have as much history that old. We have the native Americans which I'm Fascinated with also. I just loved the scenery and history of everything.

We toured the entire island. Spent 2 days in each side. It was awesome. I recommend the southwest side lots of cool farms and beaches and mountains.

Thanks to both except shotgunner lol. I had googled black beach and came up with basalt maybe. No I'm not trolling. I'm trying to figure out how to do my first tumble. I find a hardness of 6. Anyone have any tips for tumbling them except shotgunner? Hahah

I am just getting ready to rumble my first rocks. I have a bag of pebbles and rocks from the black beaches in Iceland. Does anyone know what rocks those are and if I can tumble them?
