Ugggggg. I had to have orthopedic surgery in December, and it has been a very slow recovery. I just started a new batch in my tumblr for the first time in about seven months...and had to pull it because I found out that I have to have another surgery next week πππ I just want some shiny rocks!

I added some more. Sounds better now and is closer to 3/4 full.

Usually around 3/4's full is the rule... Good luck.. Should I pop some more in then?

Just set up my lortone qt6 for the first time. Iβm so nervous! It sounds so different from my nat geo tumbler. I filled it half way with rocks and water ( and grit... haha) and i can hear the water sloshing. Should I add more rocks? I have a good valence of different sizes. Also, the barrel bracket is wiggling a little, making a pinging sound. Is this normal? I tightened it as much as I could.

Just throwing my two cents in. Has you water source changed at all? Maybe itβs harder water and some mineral in the water is reacting?

Yea I know that these tumblers go faster. I do a week for steps 2-4 now and whatever the rock needs for step 1

Wooferhound I also got three pounds of rough, five pounds of grit (one pound each step and a pound of plastic pellets) and 80 dollars of visa gift cards... that I used to order 11 pounds of various rough from the gem shop πππ
π» Santa was nice to me this year πππ
