The easiest way I know of is to upload to YouTube and then just copy and paste the "share" link. It will automatically embed in the post.

Two thoughts on the video thing - first of all good job getting that going using a MP3 file. MOV files are passively banned from the forum because browsers like Chrome don't know how to open a MOV so they cause a dialog screen about downloading a file to pop up which scares everyone especially me.

Secondly and this is just FYI - videos use an enormous amount of bandwidth on your free Cloudinary account so keep an eye on it. A couple of years ago I posted several videos and after a few weeks of views they ate up my entire allotment of bw and Cloudinary started sending me emails about needing to upgrade to a paid account.
