Unfortunately, it's not that easy. Forms, inspections, disclosures, etc... It seems sometimes like it never ends! (brickwall)

Here in AZ you don't have to use a lawyer to buy a house. Our state constitution allows realtors to "practice law" in this one specific area only. That means from the beginning (writing a contract) to closing, we do it all. Since we're also fiduciaries, it's imperative that we pay close attention to what we're doing and protect and represent our clients to the absolute best of our ability.
