I like all of them! I have a single bin of my favorite tumbles on display in my house. These are from that bin. I believe there is about 40 pounds in total. That is my favorite 40 pounds from over 2,000 pounds of finished tumbles. I do rotate them by taking some out and replacing them if something better comes along. Chuck

I guess that I, too, took the easy way out. If you run out of room, elementary school teachers love tumbles for their prize boxes. The rocks are a hit, and that's based upon feedback I've gotten from giving tumbles to teachers I know. Rocks typically beat out candy.

I also like all, and amazed at your polish level on some of it. Is the coral in the first batch from the Yoders?

If I was forced to pick a fav, it would be the water level, second photo, bottom right. It appears to be somewhat 3D. Is that an illusion?
Can see why they all are special.

Drummond Island Rocks - Chuck, I'd say there are two particular pieces that my eyes instantly zeroed in on...the (what I believe is) Agua Nueva - top middle in that first picture...and the Teepee Canyon Agate (of course! LOL). Those really are ALL amazing tumbles...and all are definitely worthy of being on "display"!

I think there is a little of just about everything. My absolute favorite is the Montana agate with crystal pocket in photo #5 (upper back). My favorites from each photo. photo #1- turtella fossil, #2 Brazilian agate?, #3 banded chert or pet wood? (center), #4 LSA, #5 Montana agate, #6 moss agate, #7 the blue one, and #8 fortification agate (upper back left). Thanks for sharing.

That is an amazing piece. It's s Oregon thunderegg so beautiful agate in nice frame. I still can't believe how well the brown matrix (hardened mud) took a shine. Chuck

You get extra credit for trying to pick a favorite from each but that is easier then picking one favorite from all. Chuck

I bought that as a complete finished tumbled nodule at a rock show. The polish was horrible and I wanted to see how much better I could make it. First thing I did was grind the outside on wheels and that is when the cool pattern emerged. So I fully tumbled the nodule that way and it looked awesome. Curiosity got the best of me and after it was tumbled I cut it in half to see what was inside. So the piece you see is one half of the rock. The other half showing the inside is in the same photo at 12 o'clock. Chuck

Chuck Ahhhh, i see it - a matching half, i love it even more now! it reminds me of poppy or ocean jasper, except it's lost all the color! but trying to have some banding in the middle ... a mysterious jasper/agate ... thank you for rescuing it and giving it a proper shine. and sharing it/all of them with us!
