Here are a few OJ I've had the pleasure to cut. Sorry about the pictures. I didn't keep the originals and they are all long gone. Some of them went to collectors. But, my best slabs I didn't cut- that's another thread.
I just love OJ. I love the variety, the colors, the druzy.... I just love it! So, I thought you might want to see these, too. (again for some of you)
I was looking at an eBay shop with lots of OJ slabs, so it made me want to gather all my OJ shots together.
These don't include the ones in my cases and what I have on hand. I don't have pictures of those.
Do you have OJ images to share? ETA UPDATED I found a few more cabs. I'll add them to the top of the list. Sorry, I didn't notice a few were blurry before I put them away. |

These are the only Ocean Jasper I've worked...nothing compared to what you've worked with! I will say...these did take one of the best polishes of anything I've worked!    You ain't lying they polish up nice! Look at that! |

Love the third one. Very unique and shows stones do not always need to be perfect to make beautiful cabs.

Holy shiz. I don't have much or cut much OJ but seeing this... I think I have to amend my new years resolutions! Some of those are insane!

Really nice collection. It is such a cool stone. I tend to love anything with orbs. They look so great together in a collection too. It’s like they look better together than just on their own. I think I have an OJ cab or two but they are hidden away in my spendy cabs stash, not to be played with until my capabilities are worthy!

Forgive my crappy photography, but I'm tempted to insert a few OJ cabs finished in the not too distant past. Interestingly a couple show what look like historic healed fractures through the ocelli. I noticed the same in a couple of Tela's stones.   |
