I recently ordered a Diamond Pacific Mini-Sonic MT-4 Vibratory tumbler from this vendor. Great shipping - ordered Saturday and delivered Tuesday. They even gave me a small refund on shipping charge.

Luckily they had some in stock but you pay more (about $50 more) for a "RUSH" order to get one of their stock. (I looked today and they seem to be out of stock now).

Otherwise, I guess they are back ordered and drop shipped from the manufacturer.

I'm glad I spent the extra - I did not want to wait weeks/months(?) to get one.
