I live in a very moderate climate. This has been one of the coldest winters that I can remember. It rarely reached 60 degrees which makes grinding uncomfortable with the cold spray from the geysers. It has finally warmed up. Mid 70's today so I could enjoy working. I set up the trim saw to trim some cabs and hand slab some blue dot chrysocolla. I was besieged by small flying insects that bite. I started trimming some blue dot and it was crumble city. I think the material requires industrial strength stabilization and I haven't done that. I ended up with a shape and a blob. I've ground them all except the blob and everything going well. I will be able to finish these tomorrow. Inexpensive Linda Marie and Luna from Blairrock. The Luna has less pattern than I would like and the pear shaped LM had a nice druse pocket.

For some reason, this song came into my mind:

The 'blue suspended in clear' rock is very pretty!
