Pretty sure its an agate, not sure what kind found in with some landscaping stones. My ID skills suck. Kind of looks like Blue Lace Agate, but a photo with with the specimen wet would be far more helpful (for those more knowledgeable than me).

Sadly I dont have a camera that is gonna get a really good photo or I simply lack the skills to take a good photo with my phone lol. I have Looked up Blue lace Agate, and it does look a lot like it. I cross posted this in a Michagan rockhounding group on Facebook and also got a guess of Blue lace and a guess of cold water agate. which from the photos i googled it honestly could be either.

IMHO, your first two photos were great, but the surface of the rock being wet would show more color and detail. You might want to try that in the future, as the results from the close-up app are really too out of focus. I don't know about that app or setting, so I can't offer anything for you.

Someone in the mich rockhounds group on facebook said cold water agate and they were pretty certian, I have no clue other than it is agate lol. Not sure if it will help or not but with a cell phone you can generally get higher quality in your pic by zooming in post production. Especially if you're getting into digital zoom. Back up a little more than minimum focus distance. Take the pic with some decent diffused light like outside under a patio roof and then crop it to make it larger. Nice find.

vance71975 - If you have a loupe, you can zoom your phone camera to 2.0x and put a loupe over the lens to take the picture. That's how I take my macro shots and it works really well. If you don't have a loupe, you can't use this method...so says Captain Obvious! LOL
