Took a gamble, took a couple falls and climbed up a mountain to a rimrock on the very peak. Found a vug full of angelwing. Only piece I got off the walls because I didn't have chisels, just a pick. Ground piece I dug out. Looks like it might have some white plumes in it. I have another piece in the saw with what appears to be black plume in it that was another ground find. I'll post pics later if its nice.

Road tripping in the southern WA/northern Oregon area is hard. I rockhound from the windows of my car on the ridges around me. Some day, when I'm traveling alone, I'll stop and see what's in those hills...
