Did you unplug it and let it reset then plug it back in and see if it works?

Did you unplug it and let it reset then plug it back in and see if it works? yes I gave it a rest since about 10am to about 6pm while I was away driving the bus. at that time I moved the barrel over to the Harbor Freight Duel Barrel Tumbler just to keep the barrel rotating while I was gone. did some more testing / troubleshooting and could not get the National Geographic to keep running. last tried to dump, wash scrub and reload barrel with rock and equal amount pellets barrel is now about 1/3 ful by volume so definitely not overloaded but not staying on either. meanwhile using the Harbor Freight Tumbler and barrel from Nat Geo, Hope that is ok, to finish this step 4. I sent help@natgeotoys.com an email explaining what is happening

Well it sounds like they are going to take care of it by sending me an new tumbler. In this day and age I am surprised they got back with me so fast. But being from Missouri or the "Show ME State", I will believe it when it gets here.

Keep us updated!

The Replacement Tumbler arrived today. They actually sent me the entire kit that I bought not just the tumbler base. Now I have 2 1lb barrels. I also bought 2 2lb Dr Cool barrels, but now kinda reluctant to run those on the Hobby tumbler base after the original 1lb barrel that was 2/3 full seem to cause problems.
As I said above I put the original 1lb barrel on my Harbor Freight Dual barrel tumbler that I had just bought a few days before I started having problems with this one. Because the Harbor Freight Tumbler runs about 1/2 the speed of the Nat Geo Tumbler I am going to let it run the entire 10 days suggested for step 4. I am thinking about setting these aside after that and start the new batch of rocks through steps 1 and 2 armed with the information I learned here and from the first run.
