The first one was Tahoma slabbed with the seam. To narrow to cut the normal way. When cutting with the seam there needs to be a nice wide band of material. This one had thin nice layers and a thick uninteresting layer in the middle. It started out like this: I took it down some more hoping the good stuff on the edges would show up. It finished like this: The next cab was Hornitos. I only had to frame a pattern. I spent four times more time on the first cab trying to make something from nothing. Conclusion I am stubborn and optimistic.
