Got called that so many times as a kid. And Jimbo. Absolutely hated both of them. Always preferred to be called James, and my dad went by Jim. I have an uncle James that is called Jimbob. Threw me for a loop to run across that in an urban setting! Some of my relatives still call me “Jenny” which drives me nuts but I’ve given up on that over the decades 😆 |

Sooo many suggestions - but since jasoninsd said he looks like a slime - of course I want to name him after the cutest slime of all- Rimuru! (Rimuru Tempest) (That Time I Got Reincarnated As a Slime)  I also like the following names: Mo-Mo Bubbles Mr. Mochi Poppy Chulo I like the Mr. Mochi Me too!!! Mr. Mochi! |

I have a niece and nephew that call me uncle Sasquatch or uncle squatch for short. I am now officially only calling you uncle squatch. I freaking love that. Your list of nicknames is growing. Uncle Squatch. Old houndy pants. Porta Potty Peter. Dirtbag. You're truly a man of many names. A rose is still a rose, as they say. Long story short. My brother convinced his kids that my parents found a baby Sasquatch on the side of the road. He stunk so bad and to prevent the government from taking it away, my parents shaved it. Thus…. I was the baby Sasquatch they found. This has been going on for so long now, that there is a long overly detailed story behind it. The kids say santa is fake but 100% convinced I’m a Sasquatch. |

I’m think I will break down and order from an online Asian grocery. There’s just waaaay too many things that I really miss! For the past 25 years or so I went to Asian groceries 2-3 times a month as part of my regular shopping. The local Chinese takeout tastes like the frozen food aisle and has zero Asian employees. Not a surprise when the entire county has 103 people of Asian descent… lack of good Asian food is the hardest part about living rural! But shockingly the local grocery store has a better sake selection than most stores in Madison did 😆
