You going to post some close ups in the photo forum? It's kind of hard to see the detail on the hematite one with these old eyes of mine. Looks really neat for what I can see. That wrapping on the bloodstone is awesome, great job!!

I don't know if I can get a bigger close up on e-bay so here is a better picture of it. If you can't see the picture just send me your e-mail and I will send them to your address. Tami

Thanks Tami, that's much better. That is really neat, I love the way you wrapped it. Did you have a pattern or just go with the flow? I didn't even realize you had that little gem stuck in there, how did you get it to stay put? Well done!! I do agree with Sands, you need a bigger picture in you sale so people can really see the detail of the work you've done.

That was the picture that I placed from my computer to e-bay.
With this being my first time I don't have the technique perfected to adding pictures. I will get better at it.

In response to RosebudMN, I went with the flow. With me there is really no way I could do a particlular pattern, for one reason I use randomly shaped stones. The other reason is my body's energy flow when I work with the wire and the stone. My only conscious decision is how many wires to use and how I am going to do the base and once I have that decided I let my energy just flow from there. I have found that if I try to force the wire into a position that it doesn't want to go I get more squared angles instead of a flowing natural line.
I am self taught, I just started by looking at pictures and seeing some at a arts and crafts sale at our local mall. Tami

Hey Tami, Hope you don't mind. I took your picture and did some touch ups on it. This one might show the pendant as a close up more. The heart is a nice touch, but it uses up space that's not really needed so I took it out. Just thinking the main focus should be the pendant. Cher PS .. if you like it, I can do the other one too but need the bigger picture.

Thank you. I was trying to show that it came in a case, however, I guess I really don't need to do that. I will practice some more to get better pictures. Tami

Do they charge for having extra pics up? You could put one with the case and then the close-up if they don't. I haven't gotten started on eBay, don't have anything worth putting up so don't know the basics of it. Maybe someday ... I hope.

E-bay does charge extra for extra pictures, I just wanted to see what would happen with my first go around.
I know it seems like I am giving them away, but $10.00 will pay for the materials I have put in pendants. I didn't want to price them too high and not get any bids. So far my Hematite hasn't gotten any bids, and the bloodstone bid is from a person in another group I belong too. Tami

Well I don't know about doing well I only sold the bloodstone pendant for the price I put up and I didn't sell the hematite. There are just so many pendants for sale I just don't think people found mine. I think the only reason I got a bid on the bloodstone is because I let some of my friends on group board know that I was selling it. Tami
