If you're concerned about the foam in your tumbler, a few drops of jet dry will stop the foaming.

To elaborate, it's probably not going to stop offgassing, so you'll probably still need to burp the lids from time to time. But it'll sure clear up the foam.

Hi Jack, it's a dishwashing machine additive that prevents streaking on your glassware etc. I don't know what it's called in the UK...sorry.
