Haha, Jack, I was a little(!) disappointed in the instructions. I know the company is in the US, but if a US citizen wrote those instructions.... not a good reflection on our education system. I figured I would do the same thing I do with a new food recipe. Make it once as per directions, then 'fix' it! MF, if you received my email, you should know what we mean about the instructions.

Surprise: to cause to feel wonder or astonishment by being unexpected. Happens every time I crack (now cut!) a rock.
