The 3a and the 33b take the same belts, same motor, same everything. Only difference is the 33b is a double 3 lber. The belts are compatable with the 3lb and double 3lb Chicago electrics, along with the motors, pulleys, sleeves, barrels etc.
I have 3 tumblers that are basically Chicago Electric/Lortone hybrids. The frames and barrels are CE the motors, belts and fan pulleys are Lortone. There is some minor differences (need to bore out the fan pulley a touch, slightly different size nuts on the motor), but they work fine (if not better).

Thanks for replying , I went ahead and ordered some lortone belts from the rock shed so, hopefully they wont break anymore. if that doesnt work then I'll try the red emergency belt idea. where do i get that and how do i set it up.

Here is another scource for belts that might work for you also. I go to the local Napa auto parts store(or any of the others out there) and get rubber o-rings to run my CE tumblers. They are only $1-$2 each and seem to last as long or longer than any other replacement belts I have found. Just take an old belt in and they can size the o-ring to match.

In a pinch, go to any vacuum cleaner repair shop with your old tumbler belt and they can match for size - it will be more expensive than a Lortone replacement belt. I have one from a Hoover, haven't tried it yet. The Lortone belts are working fine!

Thumler's Tumbler Model T belt part number 400, $2.58 list are same size but last. When I was an A/C mechanic the reasons belts failed were too tight, too loose, OUT OF ALLIGNMENT. All of these things cause heat. The problem with "bargain" tools is they use the cheapest components they can find to keep the cost low.
