ok here is my 1st attempt....i went and bought me some silver colored copper wire..24 gauge....and some silver colored copper wire 22 gauge. i tried my attempt with the 2 silver colored wire...and my eyes just couldnt focus on the wire very good...even with my glasses...so i hauled my butt back up to the store...and bought some copper colored wire just so i could see somewhat...thats the reason for 2 diff colored wire...hahahaha..im blind. i didnt take the time to straighten some of the wire...im just going to rip it off anyway. ;D now can you tell me whats good...and whats bad...i dont have a clue what im doing with this wrapping stuff. Well dang Kevin, that's really good for the first one you did. The binding wraps look nice and tight, bail wrap could be a bit smoother but it's not bad at all. Was there a specific reason you put that silver wire across the front? I think it would look better without it unless there's a specific reason you needed it. I remember one I did that needed a wire across the front when it would have been better without it but I couldn't get the stone tight any other way.

WOW! First attemp?? Me thinks he's pulling our leg! That looks great. I like it like it is. The two tone look goes along with the stone. Don't tear it apart!! It's to pretty.

cher...i only did that because the wire was there..not sure why...but i see your point....cp asked me the same thing..why that wire . ladyt..nope its my first..hahahahaha....i have to take it apart...because i used pliers that were not rubber coated...there are marks on the wire...i was just experimenting. ladyt..my son loves the mohawk..dancing chicken(bird)...he cant post here anymore...so i thought i would ask where you got it. need more negatives guys...so i can get better.

LOL about my "Chicken Little". Ya know, I wanted a neat avatar, so I just started searching the web under avatars and there it was. I had to get Mark to help me install it. I really don't remember where I found it. sorry. Tonja PS I still like the stone just like it is... LOL

Your 1st looks great, WTG. I keep my 1st around for laughs and it helps me to keep my cool when I start to get frustrated with whatever I'm wrapping now. Don't know what you're gonna do, you got nothing to laugh at.

CP didnt want her avatar....he said he liked it (the dancing)...and was wondering where she got it...so he could go look at diff ones....its a little girly for him by the way...i have enough trouble sometimes with my own big mouth.
i will help my son here when need be...when he needs it thanks...if i were ladyT..i would be a little hot to.......probably shouldnt have to responded to this...but thought i would set the record straight...just for cp's sake.
