those are superb pieces! and the shine is spectacular! i had a chance to work some of that for the first time lately and was a bit frustrated because of the fairly low quality.
anyone got a good source for rutile?

Most of this I picked out of a bin up at the Highway 101/Hopland rocks shop, a few pieces also came with the stuff from my Aunt Sally's garage.
It really is fun to work, each stage shows a bit more detail and you really don't get a good shine until you hit the 50,000 but then they really light up
