Yeah, those are pretty cool! I especially like the ones that have pale blue "rivers" of quartz, flowing over the brown "landscape". Nice job! -Don

Steve, I have a whole load in 1000 grit now like those. They were to small to really do anything with so I thought why not run 'em. I'll post mine when they get done in a few more weeks. Very cool.

Very cool, Steve. I like seeing the results when people have pushed the boundaries of "normal" tumbling a bit. Thanks for sharing

Thanks guys for the comments. Adrian..these all came from a rotary tumbler. E-Dog...can't wait to see the pics of your tumbled Geodes. Kap...haven't done anything yet with the lakers. Waiting for warmer weather to grind and slice a few. Can't Wait!!! Thanks again everyone! Steve

Those turned out really neat, they do look like rivers too. I could never do that though, I have to see the inside first.

Hey Steve, these are great geodes...I didn't think geodes took that great of a shine, but you prove me wrong. I can't wait to get to Delta in April to dig some of these.

Steve, I noticed that a lady from the Golden Spike Club at the rock show was displaying some tumbled Dugway geodes yesterday. They sure do shine up pretty don't they?
