I haven't had a happy batch since before christmas. But I finally pulled the rocks out of the polish today. 2- weeks in coarse 2 weeks medium 1 week fine 1 week polish with pellets from medium on, and 4-6 hours in borax after each stage. Total batch on an 8 in paper plate And a few cool ones, the first one I didn't think would ever get polished....but it has.....

Very nice! My favorite is the second close-up - what is that?

The Unikite at 3 o'clock grabbed my attention. Great shine on them all. I have to ask too. What is the green in the second close up?

Lets see... I was looking for a name for that one at 3:00... thanks... Unakite... a Canadian friend sent it to me... Lake Superior area.... great! Its not the greatest.. because the black areas are undercut..... The green and white.... uhm.... best guess... it came in a mix from therockshed (tumbling mix) and its tree agate... because it doesn't look like the India Tree agate I picked up in Tucson.

Those came out great!!! Super shine! Great job on that unakite. That stuff can be pretty hard to get a great shine on. It can undercut much worse than that...your piece looks good!
I think my favorite is that green/white one in the 2nd pic.
