I've been a little busy lately wrapping. Jamie sent me some cabs to wrap so I wrapped them and sent them back to her this week.. This is an Opal but I'm not certain what kind. I rarely name the wraps I do but this one I call "Garden Paths" I loved working with this cab as it gives a wonderful sense of serenity This stone is Primavera. I don't know what this is but I spent at least an hour looking at it with my loupe The next two are Chrysocola and I think Shattuckite. I get the two mixed up sometimes. sideview side view Ok, this is not a plug or anything, I'm just a little excited. Jamie has posted my wraps on her website. This really blew me away and seeing what she did made me feel incredable. I will plug this in. She does not show her cabs in the cab section so I am glad that I am posting these pics because her cabs are unbelievable. Well, I hope you enjoy and thanks for looking.

Beautiful Wraps Lori! Each one really accents the stone very nicely. Those are gorgeous cabs too. I really sense your pride and thought put into each wrap. Really, really NICE! Steve

Lori, I just love how you complement the stone's pattern and characteristics with a sweet single wire. Just too cool and you really paid Jamie's awesome cabs justice. Love them all!

Thanks Steve and Jo. I do love wrapping and Just switched from half hard sterling silver to dead soft. Boy what a difference with the ease of working the wire.

Lori, Your wraps are exquisite. I do in fact like the second one best of all. And by the way, I know Randy thanked you for the bracelet you made for me but I want to thank you myself and I'm sorry I hadn't thanked you sooner. It is absolutely beautiful!!!!!! I don't get much time to look on here with work and school and Harlie and life. LOL Thanks again, Cathy

Lori: These are beautiful!!!! And WTG!!! Jamie makes a beautiful cab so it is nice to see her work here. These are all incredible cabs and stones, but I guess if I had to pick one it would be the second! Great designs on the wrapping! I checked out Jamie's website, and I knew right away which wraps were yours!!! Jamie has put together a nice website! I always love how you describe the wraps and stones, I know you pour your heart into these and it always shows! Amber

randysgal, it was my pleasure and it is really nice to meet you . Hope you don't mind me saying that Randy is Aces. I know you have tons of jewelry but the Cabbed bracelets were a new thing I taught myself how to make and I was excited to be able to share them with members and their loved ones. I'm glade you like it. Maryann, I do sell my wraps from time to time and host a home party around the Christmas holliday season. Just enough to help out with the cost of wire. Oh, and that something will be in the mail in a week or so. Woody, I do the same thing when others post multiple pics, look back five times or more Amber, thank you GF for your engouragement and you know what I mean

I love the second one as well, but I think my real favorite is the first Shattuckite/Chrysocolla. (I think the first one is Shattuckite...). The simple wires across the front is just terrific!

Ooooh, the last one is my favorite! The placement of that wire across the front within the pattern.... it's invisible!
And I would get lost in that mossy one, too!

Oh my gosh Lori, those are all simply stunning. I really love the Primavera one. The stone is amazing as is the wire work. I always have a hard time wrapping stones that are not perfectly "even" You did a really great job with that one......and the others as well.

Amber, It was Ronda, AKA "Akansan" that put our site together, she is aces all the way. I do go in to mess things up from time to time but she is a quick fixer, the site is always back to normal by the next day.
Lori, as usual......your wraps are stunning.

Lori, if I may, these are absolutely amazing ( I have ALOT to learn )!!!! I love the stones ( wow Jamie! ), and the way you works with them... the wire on the second one is just like an extention of the stone, like it's just supposed to be that way.... and the , uh... stacked wire on the sides of the last two.... incredible, I'm going to try that... and the last one, the wire just dissapears into the stone on the front, I had to take a second glance just to see how it was held in..... BTW, the second one, the primavera, is my favorite!!!! Chris p.s. boy, I have to me some square wire!!!!

Thanks everyone for your compliments. Shannon, I love wrapping different shapes cause it helps me stretch my imagination.
Tony, what you said "Join the two and its magic", is a little bit errie because I told Jamie that her cabs were magic. Honest to God, I'm not kidding with this, after finishing some of the wraps I look at them and don't believe it was me who wrapped them. lol.
Chris, go get that sterling silver wire, I have really enjoyed watching you grow and the style that you have. You really have a wonderful creative flare with wire.
