Very cool! Do you cut the shapes with a band saw, or with a regular trim saw with circular blade? They really look well-done.

I cut with a Workforce tile saw, some shaping with a dremel and diamond bits if necessary, then tumble for 7 weeks. 1week 120/220 w/o pellets 1 week 120/220 w pellets 1 week 600 w/pellets burnish 2 hours 2 weeks Tripoly w/pellets burnish 2 hours 2 weeks AO polish w/pellets burnish 8-24 hours. Thanks for the comment. Terry

I love the crosses too. These crosses would make some fantastic cord tied rosaries. That way nothing would take away the beauty of them. Nice job:)

*bump* I was looking through the birthday list today and stumbled on this solid gold vintage thread. These days we think of tumbling flats as something that should be left to the vibe machines but this gentleman was banging out some REALLY nice looking pieces. Terry664 you last stopped by in 2014 but happy birthday and I hope you're still enjoying the arts and doing well. I fixed the photos in this thread and one other thread I found (butterflies) but SO many of your photos are lost to the damage that PhotoBucket did to the entire internet. If you're still getting notifications from the forum please stop in and say hello and lets talk about how you accomplished these creations.
