I have cut a rock that I got at the Burro Creek paselite site. I need the opinion of those "in the know" to tell me if it's woth slabbing. Its about 20 pounds. I used the wife's camera, didn't turn out well.

I don't like it much either, but if it was one that others like, then I would slab it. It would look good in my rock garden too...lol.

Better pick would help , but it looks pink and bluish , white . just being pink is a good thing , i think

Hi Brent, the pic isn't too good, but often the Burro Creek material may not look too great on the outside but can be very good on the inside once you cut it. Most of it has a pale coating that hides the color within, so it's a crap shoot & you sometimes just have to take the chance that it may or may not be good. If I were you, I'd take a hammer & knock a corner off to get a better look inside & then make a decision. I hope this helps.
